Azerbaijani Petroleum Engineer Shahin Aliyev working in Angola made a presentation on Industry Standard Competency Development Programme for Petroleum Professionals for fourth year BHOS Petroleum Engineering students.

 

In his presentation Mr.Aliyev talked about formation evaluation, diverse production methods, reserves estimation, as well as his international work experience, the duties and challenges for petroleum engineers.

BHOS rector Elmar Gasimov and lecturers also participated in the presentation. The presentation was followed by the Q&A session.

 

It should be underlined that the presentation was organized with the initiative of SOCAR UPSTREAM Management International LLC and aimed to provide the students with complementary energy sector related information.
