Congratulations of Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year

Dear students, teachers and parents,

I heartily congratulate you on the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year and wish you success in this academic year.

It is gratifying that the Baku Higher Oil School of SOCAR is starting this academic year with superior performance indicators. As in the previous academic years, this year, the admission plan of Baku Higher Oil School has been fully executed, and the knowledgeable and skilled applicants who scored highest on the exams have chosen our university. This year the Information Security specialty of BHOS has again become a leader in terms of the highest passing score. Our university accounts for three of the four specialties with the highest passing scores in the country.

Our students and graduates have delighted us with their achievements. Most of our students who graduated in the last academic year are employed, and some of them are studying with scholarships at prestigious universities across the world. Our students honorably represent our country and our university abroad by participating in international competitions and winning the highest awards. Every success achieved by them makes us proud.
