Bonus system introduced at BHOS for the first time among Azerbaijani universities!
Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has introduced a performance-based bonus system that supports the evaluation of staff activities and measurable outputs across the university.
At BHOS, employees are assessed based on their work activities and predefined goals within a structured evaluation framework aimed at increasing productivity and effectiveness.
