Bonus system introduced at BHOS for the first time among Azerbaijani universities!

A bonus system is now being implemented at the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR. 

Under the system, BHOS employees will be evaluated based on their work activities and set goals.

The aim of the bonus system, introduced for the first time among Azerbaijani universities, is to encourage high labor productivity in the country's universities.
