30 teams from BHOS advance to finals of TEKNOFEST-2025

Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) hosted a meeting with the teams that had advanced to the finals of the Aerospace and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST-2025 held in Istanbul.

BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov wished the teams success and expressed confidence that they will achieve outstanding results in the finals. He noted that Baku Higher Oil School is the higher education institution with the largest number of teams representing Azerbaijan: 30 out of 43 teams are from BHOS. The rector emphasized that BHOS pays special attention to this competition and that, compared to the first year, the number of teams reaching the finals has tripled.

The TEKNOFEST representative in Azerbaijan, Ahmet Köse, emphasized that BHOS continues to be a source of pride for TEKNOFEST, being represented in the finals by the largest number of teams from Azerbaijan. He expressed confidence that the university's teams will achieve excellent results in the finals.

Deputy Head of the Innovation Division of the Strategic Management and Innovations Department of SOCAR, Kheyraddin Mehdizada, and Department Head of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, Vusala Gurbanova, wished the teams success, noting that they are always ready to support them.
